We firmly believe in our product and stand behind it 100%. However, we understand that it cannot work perfectly for everyone all of the time. If the plugin doesn’t meet your expectations, we will refund you within 14 days of your original purchase.
 
A couple of small points:
 
— We will process your refund as soon as we’re able to. In some cases we might ask you for an opportunity to resolve the issue for you.
 
— Refunds may only be requested within 14 days of the purchase date. After 14 days no refunds can be processed.

Refund requests
 
Refund requests are to be sent via ticket to our Support help desk. In order to receive a quick response, please, let us know that you would like to get a refund, with a clear explanation of reasons why you are not happy. We love to know where things went wrong or how we can improve our work.
 
Payment of refunds
 
Your request will be processed, and refund will be made automatically to your credit card or original method of payment. This generally takes up to 7-10 working days from the date your request has been approved.
